Artjom Vassiljev // technical co-founder, CEO
For the past 10 years Artjom has founded and worked in startups of various sizes in Sweden, UK, and Estonia. He worked both as a software engineer, DevOps specialist, and security consultant, and has led small remote teams of developers. This experience combined is crucial in the early life of a company.
Till Quack // Investor, Advisor
Till has been building digital products for the last 20 years. He started his first web business at age 20. During his PhD at ETH Zurich, in 2006, he co-founded kooaba, a company known for its image recognition platform. Out of necessity he started investigating engineering and product management processes, starting with Scrum and Agile in 2008. Kooaba exited to Qualcomm’s AR platform Vuforia in 2014. Till worked subsequently in product roles at Qualcomm and Apple in Silicon Valley. Currently he is VP product at Mapillary, the Swedish mapping company. Till has run product processes for large engineering corporate organisations and startups, often for complex “deep-tech” products. The quarterly process employed by shipit is heavily inspired by his advice and his experience in these companies.
Tom Desmet // Investor, Advisor
Tom has been building and releasing digital products for over 20 years for a wide variety of companies ranging from small grassroot initiatives up to global corporations. He is a seasoned Product Manager with development, and UX skills. Tom is an investor and advisor to several startups.
